What's up everybody. I am new to the ToyotaMinis scene. I own a 1994 Toyota Pickup 2WD. I bought the truck less than a year ago for $1,500. The truck was in rough shape. The interior was dirty and not very well taken care of. The exterior of the truck was in similar shape. The paint was faded and has many dents and scratches. All of this was not surprising though because these trucks are popular to be work trucks due to their reliability. The truck was bone stock when I bought it and I liked that. It had the original mudflaps, wheels, and everything. Some of the first few things I did when I bought the truck was remove a few items. I removed the rear bumper, the side plastic gaurds, and mud flaps. I am just going to list everything that I've done to the truck. I'll try to go in chronological order. 1. Polished, waxed, and sealed the paint. 2. Removed the vinyl flooring. 3. Removed the sound deadening, because there was oil inside of the truck and it got underneith the vinyl flooring and sound deadening. 4. Converted the front end to the chrome and clear lenses instead of the stock black. 5. Spray painted the wheels silver. 6. Began taking apart the interior. Originally to clean but I actually ended up painting the interior black. 7. Got an aftermarket Nardi steering wheel, momo hub adaptor, and Nardi shift knob. 8. Removed bench seat and installed 2 individual seats from ProCar. 9. Reupholstered door panels with simple black vinyl. 10. Installed new Bilstein shocks all around. 11. Installed BellTech drop spindles and lowering leaf springs. 12. Installed all new balljoints. Lower and upper. 13. Installed 4Runner Rear View Mirror and Speaker Boxes. The difference is unbelievable. 14. Bought new steel wheels. 15x8 4.25 Backspace Primed Finish 15. Installed tires. 235/60r15 Cooper Tires 16. Rolled fenders with a baseball bat. That is all I have done to the truck and I still have got a lot left to do. My next plans are to look for a few missing pieces from my interior, paint and install. I also want to install some flooring. After that I want to get the truck painted. Hopefully I finish this project someday. All I can do is a few things at a time. Here are some more pictures for you all to enjoy.
