You'll most likely need to find a donor for a part like that. There used to be a guy out in Beaver Creek that had a few on his property, and I've bought parts from him. He advertises on Craigslist. Search for International Scout parts and you may find him.
I don't recall the exact look of a 70 handle. Similar era Toyota cars, or 2nd and 3rd gen trucks may have a similar part that can be made to work. I will keep an eye out and talk to a few people. Codyx36 on here has a whole parts truck. Might be able to talk him into selling a spare. He's trying to hold onto parts but ya never know.
