I'm switching front ends on my 88 its a 2wd so Ive got the 4wd fenders and bumper. the bumper is the 3 piece one with the plastic outers. Ive looked but I can find the answer so my question is this. are the outer brackets the same on a 2wd as that on the 4wd and where can I find some all the ones I'm coming up with are bent up or rusted up so where can I find some

yea...... the outter brackets that hold the plastic ends in place are different. you can try

partstrain.com for them..... most places will have them for fairly cheap.

Junkyards, peoples yards. It's one of those rare kinda things to have.
Maybe you can catch someone that is about to ditch their set for another bumper setup.
Or try to make some from sheetmetal and paint them black...

or 45min. depending on how you drive and what crossing I'm going to

I was looking on craigslist in BC and I was thinking if I found something close to you I'd have you pick them up, cause I'm a bad man and not allowed to cross the boarder:doah:
