If your not getting power at all I would start buy checking ground wires and your power wires in the engine bay that lead to the fuse block under the hood also the battery what condition is it in was it in the collision

I would use a test light and check the terminals coming out of the ignition to make sure power is going to it and also the grounds on it as well. When you try to start it does it click or nothing happens?

Power goes from the battery to that main fuse box than into the cab @ the drivers kick panel to the inside fuse box ,than on to all accessorizes!
When you cut the wires was the battery disconnected? If not you lost fuses!!
Use a volt meter or test light to back track hot conditions!!

Yeah I recently replaced my alternator and forgot to put the wire on the 10mm nut on top of the alternator and I blew that fuse you are holding.Same symptoms no light no nothing. So that was out and you dont know how to put it back? You have to unbolt the fusebox and put it in from underneath.
