Well Ive been spending hours and hours on this forum for a few weeks now and figured I would sign up.. anyways I got my pickup for free a few months ago and already have 3inch drop rear, torsion bars off, 15% tint, magna flow exaust, and I took off my bumper...

This pic is old but its a 1989 with 60k original miles on the motor and 120k miles from being pulled behin a rv

    <a href="http://s246.photobucket.com/albums/gg120/V8_TITAN/?action=view&current=cid_1203071718.jpg" target="_blank"><img src="http://i246.photobucket.com/albums/gg120/V8_TITAN/cid_1203071718.jpg" border="0" alt="Photobucket"></a>

Anyways ive read every write up there is on 7mgte swaps but they are all for 4wd and preruuner ! is there any major differences in doing it into this truck ? also my main concern is the tranny... can someone explain what bellhousing and what internals I need ? or do I just need the stock 5 speed that comes with the 7mgte ? and what rear end should I use ? how much does it cost to get a drive shaft made ?

Now for the bags.. I really want to bag it but I want to make sure its safe to use bags when im going to hopefully in the end be pushing 5-600 hp on the 7mgte... also is there anyone in FL hopefully close to tampa that would want to help with doing the bags and motor swap ???

    welcome

Welcome to toyotaminis.com, I am glad to see another ride to join our growing group of minis. Seems, youve done alot of reading and most of your answers can be found in previous threads by typing in the ( search )! Some of the engine specifics are not my specialty, but, I know alot of guys on here that could probably answer them. Once again Welcome

I'm pretty close, I'm not all that fantastic at spinning wrenches, but I hand off a mean beer and sport a 91 Toy that needs a lot of work, wonder how many FL people we have in the vicinity?
