Hello I just bought a 75' R20 pickup from a friend, runs great and I've already looked through a few threads and love all the great advice I've seen thus far, seems like a great community. From what I can tell everything looks stock other than the paint, which I plan to restore to the original green, eventually. Until I get to that point I have a few things on my to-do checklist- Keep it stock/OEM plus= New alarm, grill badge, carb, weather strips, window lever, various lights (passenger side marker bulb, possibly dash/dome, reverse light bulb), seatbelt buckle, possibly seat depending on what it looks like under the cover; Most importantly- figure out how to divert heat from my feet! it sucks driving with flip flops, sweaty feet aren't sexy :/ ANY ideas would be much appreciated. I'll have more photos when I get a bit of free time…
Welcome fellow new comer....thats a pretty nice ride...I too suffer from the toasty toe syndrome....and have yet to get that one fully fixed after a year of owning my truck lol
