    I want to get a MSD setup on my 95 22re. Wondering which parts are the best to get and all that kind of good stuff. Thanks!

    I ran a MSD 6A and blaster ss coil on my 78 and it was nice. The 6A died (no surprise, I've been through a few of them over the years.) so I replaced the dead MSD with an ignition module from a GM HEI. Such an improvement and cheap too! I'm sold on good coils and simple HEI modules from there on out. :D

    The only difference I noticed when I had a 6AL box and blaster coil on my 22re was that it stated just a little faster. No noticeable power increase and no noticeable mpg gain. After the 6AL box died on me and left me stranded, I went back to stock ignition and haven't had any issues since.
