Hey all I'm Justin in Kansas, I used to have a clean '88 Pickup as my first vehicle about 16 years ago, it was really nice. Now I'm looking at a '91 tommorow for $1200 I am going to use as my daily driver. I really want to mod it and make it clean like my old one, but it will have to wait until I am done with my Celica All-Trac project. Maybe I can find a picture of my old '88.

Yea, 200HP 3SGTE AWD stock, when I fire it back up should be double the output. Here's when I first got it and the first mods was a lowering and Volk 18's.


Now with the RC front end.


My '93 was the last year imported to the US and only 81 were brought here.

Also have a '72 Corolla in the driveway I need to do a little engine work with.

Nope, didn't get it, engine had lots of blowby. Search still continues, been looking at Tacomas as well. Hope I find something soon.

 

Looked at another '91 today for $1500, said only rust was behind the rear wheel, but it had rusted out rockers when we arrived. Just too beat for me.

Friday I spent $50 in gas to check out a Tacoma 4wd that was "great dependable truck" according to the ad, and on the phone. After we arrived he then said "I don't think it will make it back to you" it sounded like a diesel when running the piston slap was so bad and it got really hot. Needless to say I left pissed.
