    This morning I disassembled the junk rear axle from my parts truck as training for doing the seals on the real deal, which is going to have to be done soon. I made a video.

    It might be worth pointing out that I got the bearing off without a press. I'm hoping that when I do the real deal, I can get that bearing off the same way. When I put on the new bearing, I'm going to put the shaft in the chest freezer first, and have the bearing hot. That should make it slip over the shaft easier.
