L C 's Mass AirFlow Conversion Kit

    I've had this 1990 2wd 4Runner for about a year now. I bought it from Craigslist advertised with a rebuilt 22re.. From the naked eye it looked,sounded and power wise felt great.. It didn't make it from L.A. to
    Palmdale before it started knocking... Scince then its been sitting.. Now I
    decieded to keep it.. Finally got motivated to build a motor. Got parts orderd, block is at the machine shop..But , For the passed month been watching C L.
    I kept seeing this ad about a full custom turbo kit for a 22re all new parts never installed in boxes including a stage 2 L C engineering Mass airflow Conversion kit .. Even though i wanted the turbo kit , I was only interested in the Mass air flow sensor kit.. I dont know what made me call that morning ..He said it was sold..There was a guy on his way.. I said " all i want is the lc airflow kit.." He said sorry man.. 20 mins later my phone rang and it was him.. He said he was tired of everyone flaking .. I told him how much I was willing to pay for the airflow kit and he said "F" it come an get..
    So now my Question... Does anyone have this kit installed on there ride?
    Does it make that much of a difference?

    he still have the turbo kit ? post a link of the ad. and as far as i know theres one guy that bought that kit and had problems with it.

    The turbo kit...

    :shrug: As far as the the turbo kit goes.... I really didnt want to mention it because I havent made up my mind what I'm going to do with it yet? He pretty much just gave it to me because he wanted to be done with it all. :D

    I'm thinking I want to sell the kit... Everything is brand new unused "except" the 300cc injectors.. I'm still using them:nana:
