Thats what build threads are for. What are the plans for the truck? Gonna do a 4X machine or just a nice daily that can handle the trails?

What state are in you. Never seen the 89-95 with so mch rust. I have set of fenders for that truck and a pair of doors but shipping would kill the deal.

I have dealt with that kind of rocker rust. I did an 88 4x4 where I tubbed the firewall to fit bigger tires. And I am working on my 92 2wd (Ol' Blue '92 build thread) where I just built all new rocker panels with new metal. I would always suggest the best way to fight rust is cut it alllll out and make something new. And invest in some undercoating rust killer etc. I use POR15.

Id say chop the whole doors of like the older jeeps, put a safe roll cage around the whole thing inside and out. Problem solved

OMG That's not good at all. Try and find a lift kit that includes new arms. Only one I can think of is Total Chaos though that is quite expensive. But also very very cool. The one good thing about it being a 4x4 is that the torsions are on the upper arms making it easier to change the lower quickly.
