Hi guys I am new here and new to Toyota pickups. I have a 1988 Toyota pickup 2 wheel drive base model 22r. And I love this truck! I want to keep it forever! Do they make enough new replacement parts to keep this truck running for the rest of my life? Where is a good place to get parts? Thanks

Depends...how Long donyou think youll live? Haha jk.

Theres enough junkyard trucks, OEM and aftermarket parts to keep it running for a very long time. Like with any car, maintain it and itl be good to you

There are enough of them on the road for the aftermarket to keep supporting them... how long that will last???

Hope they become classics like the mustang, camaro, bug, etc. And we could look through a catalog some day and purchase A-Z parts for them :)

That would be nice for the older gens. Finding decent used parts is a bitch
