just a thought (motor swap)

    Has anyone ever heard or seen of a Nissan VG30 out a hardbody being swapped into a 2nd generation 4runner 4x4??? I got a 4runner with a bad motor and tranny and a wrecked Hardbody with a good motor and transmission. Any comments are welcome!

    Really any motor swap is feasible however when going different make to make things are always that much more difficult. With the amount of time and fabricating your going to have to do Id rather just rebuild the engine. Or part out and sell the hardbody and buy a new motor. Runner motors are cheap whether its the 22re or V6 they are a dime a dozen.
