I never expected it to be so bleedin difficult to procure a FSM for a vehicle. In my experience with late 60s-early 70s American cars, I've had no trouble getting complete service manuals, so I thought, how hard can it be, for a vehicle as ubiquitous in it's day as a Toyota pickup? Well, pretty damn hard. There's plenty of sources for later manuals, but the RN20 generation is nowhere. My local library has a reference only copy, but it's a pain to have to supplicate to an overworked reference librarian to fetch it for me so I can go copy pages out of it every time I need something. Anybody know where to get accurate detailed wiring diagrams? Some incompetent dingus wired a horrible alarm system into my truck (before I got hold of it), and it's made an unholy mess of the wiring. I really want to get it back to something close to original and reliable, but I really need a detailed schematic with correct color codes and pinout diagrams. HELP!!
These are both in the FSM i have that i bought on ebay. If you need anything more specific let me know. The close up diagrams arent as detailed but they do help
Hey, thanks a ton!! That helps a lot. I'm sure there will be something to stumble over once I get to rooting around behind the dash, but this makes it a lot less daunting.
