    Try this

Try swapping over the ballasts with each other and see if the problem follows. Good luck

    Which type do you have?

Does your high beams have HID bulbs acting as high beams or are they the solenoid flipper type?

How about you explain which type of HID system you have, then we can go from there

I had high low kit used a non hid h3 bulb ...what a joke Had to switch my connections around to get the hid to come on ....the h3 bulb was so close to the hid bulb any extended high beam use would melt the hid bulb so said F it no high beam

If this is the type kit you have don't use the high beam the h3 bulb is useless as a high beam and puts off a ton of heat will pop your hid bulb
