    Wow. That's a loaded question.

First off, your caps lock is on. No need to yell here.

Secondly, what issue specifically are you having?

Is the arm bolt stuck in the sleeve? The nut stuck on the bolt?
Really need more input for a good answer....

    And remember.... Don't panic.

I'm think the bolt is stuck in the sleeve or or the bolt head is froze to the arm!!

Did you remove the little arm on the backside of the control arm(called the torque arm)? This is the arm that the torsion bar goes into. If so, bolt the arm back on. I believe it keeps the bolt from spinning while you turn the nut.

Also, I'm guessing these have never been off, so it's going to take an extreme amount of torque to break them loose. First time I did mine, I didn't have a breaker bar and had to interlock two wrenches and pull with a force that could of flipped the truck over. I now have a 40" (or longer) breaker bar. Much easier.

Is the nut off? I had one bolt rusted fast inside the bushing sleeve. It was a pain.

I soaked it in penetrating oil for a full night, and with a bit of heat and a really big hammer, it finally broke loose.

Yw, So the nut was off? Just the bolt stuck? That sucks. Mine slid right out once I had the nut and torque arm off.

So I finally got some free time to work on removing the SUPER seized LCA bushing sleeve from the RustyPantyDropper and here it is, FINALLY!!! Made my own press or punch tool, whatever you wanna call it and it worked perfectly! I went to one of the local mom n pop hardware stores, not HomeDepot or Lowes cause they don't carry S**T and picked up what I needed.

    1 x 3/4" hex bolt at least 8" long, mine was 10"
    2 x 3/4" washers
    1 x 3/4" nut
    1 x 3/4", 2" socket
    1 x 3/4", 1 1/8" socket
A hand full of 3/4" lock washers, this is because I should have gotten the 8" bolt instead of the 10" so I had to make up some space cause the bolt wasn't a full thread bolt.

Pressed the sleeve about 75% of the way out and then took an old 1 1/8" impact socket and a 7lbs sledge and PIMP smacked that hoe the F**K outta there!! :headbang:

Thanks all for for the input and advice! Much love goes out to all of ya!

Ok so here's the next challenge, getting the new bushings back in!! I think a 5/8" x 10" bolt will go through the center sleeve and then my press will work!?! If anyones got any other ideas shoot'em at me!!

So the 5/8" x 8" bolt press tool I made totally worked like a charm! NEVER EVER will I have to do the LCA bushings again!! And if I do I'll just cut and press the bushings out and replace them with the Energy Suspension ones cause they use the old outter sleeve.
