Hi, I am an amateur and have scoured eBay and tons of pictures, wrecking yards but I am unsure as to what is supposed to be fitted to the rear wheel arches of my hilux, is it a rubber trim or flares like the 4wds? Any advice or direction to where I can find said parts will be greatly appreciated

That looks like aftermarket holes to me man ... Looks like somebody put fender trim or a flare on it proably removed it before painting the truck . Def not a a oem part
