Help! I’ve been searching for a replacement radiator for my 76 pickup and I can’t seem to find one.

Anyone know any interchangeable radiators that can fit? Please let me know!

 

Why not just use a universal one? I'd assume any radiator for a pre-Tacoma, Toyota pickup should be close enough to fit these trucks.

I haven't seen any labels on it, but PO installed what looks like a universal aluminum radiator for a Toyota pickup on my 75. I'd guess it's from Summit Racing since there were Summit stickers in the parts box he gave me.

 

I've got an aftermarket rad, a lot of sites that you can buy radoators from list their dimensions, just try to match that to what you can fit. Keep in mind most measurements are for just the core.

 

Can a 1977 corona radiator fit?

 

I would look up the dimensions. Cars tent to run wider cores. Check the space between the fan and current radiator. You might be able to run an aftermarket later generation pickup radiator. I run one in my 73. I had to cut off part of the brackets on the radiator and switch to an electric 10 inch pusher in my case. I only have 2 inches between my new radiator and the nipple on the water pump. No decent fan on the market is thinner then 2⅛.
