Putting my notch in today but when I cut the cross member out that holds the gas tank how to I re hang the tank?
I ran into the same problem when I did mine. You're going to have to play around with different locations on the frame and possibly on the notch. Be careful though, because once you put the bed back on, you don't want it to sit directly on the plug like mine did. I ended up cutting a little of the bracing on the underside of the bed directly over the the float plug (at least I think it was the float plug) off. I looked at Lit's build thread for inspiration. If you look at the shot of his rear suspension just before he started bagging the truck, it may help. That's where I started. His truck has been a huge motivational factor when it comes to me trying a lot of things on my truck on my own. Hopefully this helps. Good luck bro.
