i have a set of calmini shock absorbers and so far the rear is good..need to get shackles for a 4x. i noticed that the front has a bar that bolts up to the lower control arm..and its flat so i dont think i can just pull it out without ripping the bushing!
help pls!

 

The bar stays with the shocks. leave it on the old ones, and there should be ones on the new shocks. if there aren't, you have the wrong shocks. you're right: you won't get the bar out without destroying the bushing.
