Ok gentlemen, here's the low down. I have a 92 with an 22re. Behind the driver side kick panel, there is a fuse block with a 10 amp fuse only labled as "eng". I have no power going to it with the key on, or while starting. Does anybody know what it is for? The fuel pump is not running and I'm chasing down all possibilities before I pull the bed and check the pump manually. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

That fuse is most likely power to your ecu. First you need to find out if it is constant powered or only when the ignition is on. Sounds like you might have a broken wire feeding that circuit. When you cycle your key on does the engine light come on for a second or 2?
