Ok I've done my looking around and I've found that you need to complete a valve adjust on a 22RE when it is at operating temp?? Why not cold? Also just to make sure, intake is at .008 (0.2mm) and exhaust is at .012 (0.3mm)?
I've done it twice at operating temp and it runs great for about the first 5-10 mins and after that I give it has while the clutch is in and it sounds like a loud vacuum leak? Not exactly sure but it's only when I give it gas and there's not much power.. Help! Thanks a lot!

Also I've looked for vacumm leaks and have found none. Just want to try a adjust while cold. Also maybe the adjustment screws could be getting loose??

You adjust when warm because tolerances change.
