I clearanced the passenger footwell and moved brake lines, electrical wires and fuel lines. I need to make the EGR and reed valve tubes fit the headers. they are in a different location than stock. The original ones are 5/8" and the fittings in the headers are threaded differently. Has anyone done anything similar? Oh yeah, EGR delete is not an option. The fittings in the header can take a 5/8" or 3/4" tube. I'm thinking of flaring the end of a 3/4" tube and bending it to have a bit of the original tube fit inside and braze it or weld it together. Of course, cutting the original as well. Pictured is the original EGR and reed valve tube mounted, and the header underneath.
