Window down, door panel off, key
seems to work, as does interior &
    exterior handles, but won't open?

Are the linkages from the handles going to the latch?

Is the key actually unlocking the latch?

Yes, and Yes. I have tried PB blaster
both inside and outside via tube in
body gap, nothing is working. Was
hoping for a safety override release
    inside, but it's a sealed unit. Can't
even find new latches online either,
if I could I'd drill these apart, looks
like my only option at this point ?!?

*Both doors, can't even craw across.

Did you work the rods by hand?

When was the last time the doors were opened?

Maybe the door seals have a good grip on the jamb?

    I agree with Jetas ...odd.

No idea when last *opened, I tried crawling in
and using my shoulder while holding handle
and I still can't budge the doors. The panel
is off, as I said above, not rod/locks issue.

*I just recently purchased the Truck

78 - Used a foot of speaker wire and worked my
way around doors, still stuck at the latches, no
repops available either so it's destroy and run
door poppers on it I guess? Open to ideas!

Have a locksmith look at it?

Its hard for guys to give input without the problem being right in front of them...at least that's how I feel.

Have had to kick my doors open from inside(after latch, rods are confirmed after sitting). My truck mostly sat. Took at lot of force. Unlikely both side would have mechanical failure at same time. W

The pieces circled in green are for the lock mechanism, they move together. Left side up/right side down is unlocked. The opposite is locked. The rod with the blue line and my finger is to the interior door handle, pull it towards the front and itl open if its unlocked duh.

You probably already know this since youve been messing with it
