I've been looking for a front lip for my hilux and I finally found a picture of exactly what I'm looking for. Does anyone know what this is called or where I can find it? I really like the old corolla style front spoilers. I also want the front fender flares, and would probably have to make custom matching rear flares. I don't have the side step bed, but lowered with that front spoiler and front and back flares would be sick.!!

The flares are old bushwacker ones I think. Nook on here had a few sets a while back from back in the day. As for the front chin spoiler, I doubt you'd have much luck finding a direct fit unit. Try some lawn edging, I did on my truck and it came out great. Been holding up to driveway scrapes for months with no damage. Ill post a pic.

Here's mine. I took generic Home Depot lawn edging (it was used at that ) and cut the buried edge flange off. I left the tubular end on. It's 48" wide with a screw every 6" from the center. There's a tiny lip on the metal valance it can screw to.

For free.99 I can't complain lol. I had the lawn edging, I found a 10 foot piece behind a closet in my garage. Must have been from the old owners. I had the screws too. I used ones with a capsulated washer so it wouldn't cut into the plastic with the screw head. I learned the tactic from kids drifting on a budget lol

I see what you did with the lawn edging looks good.! But yours is more flush where I'm more looking for the angled old AE86 corolla style lip. That one in my picture looks made for our trucks. It fits the car perfectly and even has cut outs where the parking lights are...

They might have made it.. Make a foam version, fiberglass it, then melt the foam out of it..

Like he said, foam one up an glass it. Great stuff expanding foam works great for glass forming. I wanted that look too and settled for this.

I really love everything about that black one up top. The old Cali style fiberglass step bed, the chin spoiler, the vinyl snapped tonnea, the mopar style turbine rims, the short wheelbase (I rock a LONGBED lol), and especially the Washington plates. And it further proves these trucks look killer next to a trailer. Mine does

I just remembered that Nook also had bushwacker lower valance extensions too. PM him. He has some hilux motorhomes he lifted and 4wd'd.

And im pretty sure the blak one is a 75/76. Has the small type cab vent but the later grille. And it has the 75 era drip rail chrome, which is very rare btw. I have some :D

I just bought a truck that is a longbed, and has that flair kit on it, everything is good except the passenger side one is broken about a 1/4 the way down to the door. If its that rare I am going to have to keep it on the truck and fix it. This is the only place I have been able to find any info on it!

These chin spoilers are on eBay all the time. Looks fairly simple to attach.
