Should I run spacers with 18"x7.5" Magnum wheels? The guy I'm getting them from has them on an '84 Yota with no spacers I believe. However, he cannot fit the center cap on the front. Or would I have any clearence issues turning?

Just found out that the Magnum bolt pattern is 5 on 115, whereas ours is 5 on 114.3. I'm goin over to fit them this morning.

They fit! You may need a 1/4 inch spacer and flatten out the dust cap to fit the center cap. I don't have any problem rubbing, but I haven't lowered it yet.

So I noticed after I was already home that there are two different sizes of tire, 225/40 & 245/40. So I went to my bro-in-laws shop this morning and put the 225's in front and 245's in back. The tires need to be replace sometime in the near future so I'm debating on what to run, the 225/40, 235/40, or 245/40. What would you run? Or if you have 18's, what are you running?

    245's for that extra grip!

I'm not sure where you plan to buy your tires, but whichever is more available, stick with it?

18in tires are expensive, id put the bigger ones on back and call it good till they wear out.

then i would go with the smallest tire you could fit on there without stretching, makes for more room with the eventual slamming.

so that prolly means the 225's

I checked one place, they said for 225's starting at $450 out the door.

They actually raised the truck bout 1/2"
