do i need different gears

    83 4x4 pickup
    well i got 33s on my 83 4x4 pickup its got the 22r with stock gears and i don't know if i have the right gears if anybody knows what gears i need please help. thanks

    with 33-35inch tires usually run 4:88 gearing you could run 5:29s but it weaker and engine will wind more at high speeds

    Yep, my buddy got the stock gearing in his 85 toy but he's got a 22re so there's a little more pushing his truck, if it feels like it needs gearing then 4:88 would be best
