So much can be said about the + and - of lightened pulleys. Not really here to talk about that. But just throwing this out there, has anyone ever machined their own power steering pump pulley? Or seen one?

Just thinking the thing is huge, front and center, and is usually not very attractive. Something custom would be cool and probably pretty easy to do since its just a big v groove pulley.

Would anyone have any interest in them, if I could get some made?

I imagine interest would hinge on your design, materials used, yada, yada. Might be a better sell if it was a set that would replace all pulley's like the "dress-up" kits they have for v-8's. (may have them for the 22r-e, haven't looked yet.)
    Just a thought.
Sounds like a cool idea though.

LC Makes some pulleys, but not the power steering.
