After I lowered my front end with the torsions about 1.5 inch I hear crunching noises from big bumps or stopping hard. What could it be ? I also did a b/j flip which lowered it 1.25 inches. My tires are stock. 195/70/r14. I though it may be the tires rubbing but I can't see any wear that is unusual. Here is a quick video of me breaking real hard. I could make a better one if we cannot come to a conclusion. [IMG]

it started to happen right after I lowered the torsion. So by doing that the bushings went? or what do i need to do?

I didn't put the bump stops back in so I put them back in and it fixed it

that's your soft springs with no bumpstops allowing stock tire height to rub onto your wheel wells.
