So I bought this killer 84 4x4 truck with all this installed already,,,,,,,
---Weber 38 dual syncro carb, K&N 11" filter, LC Eng. SS header, Flowmaster 2 1/4 inch exhaust, Offenhauser intake, Detroit tru-trac limited slip third member, electric fan, alloy USA axles, ARB front bumper, Marlin Crawler rear bumper.

Now I find out I haft to pass CA Smog with it before I can register it,,,(I know me big dummy). My question is,,,can it be done or should I sell the truck?. I need everything for this truck,,,any suggestions on where to go for parts? Thanks

it can be done or try to find someone to smog it with all of that on it. Of coarse its going to cost alittle more to smog but this way you dont have to change anything. Good luck man. But if you sell anything let me no.

I gots no truck, for now
pic of the engine bay. i bet there is more stuff missing then you think. so far you will fail for the carb, intake, header ( unless it has a carb number on it ) and if they removed the cat...that too.

you are probably gonna have to "clean smog" it, but you didnt hear that from me.

pics of the engine bay to see what we are workin with here...

Id ditch that 38 no matter what you do, my 83 had one when I got the truck and the BEST MPG I could get was 13, thats with 4.88s and 32" tires
