So my bumper lights flash when turning but my corners do not. Are the corners supposed to blink as well?

 

No, but you can make them blink with a little modification.

 

Ok.thanks...so now i know all my turn signals work...what would cause one side do blink faster as if a bulb was out?

 

Incorrect bulb wattage will do it, same with one bulb being LED. I switch the stock thermal flasher unit out for electronic flashers on your generation of truck and never have the fast blink issue even when running LED's on all corners.
