is my 1981 sr5 longbed carbureted or fuel injected?

 

carb... unless you have the diesel ofcourse.

Edit: and even then i think its a carb diesel i donno never played with one of those before.

 

My 79 sr5 is carbbed with a electronic fuel pump

 

cool thanks for the response.now i ordered a pacesetter header about 2 weeks ago..just got it..opened it up..and they sent me one that fits the 20r motor....can i use this on my 22r? or do i have to ship it back?

 

i dont know...does your 81 have an oxygen sensor and does the header have a port for one?
also i think your 81 should have an EGR with it you have to make sure the header has hookups for that as well.

if not you are going to have to send it back.
