Just like what the thread title says. Can a 92-95 4Runner Bumper fit on a '90 Pickup? I have a 1990 Toyota Singlecab Pickup and I am wondering if they fit? Some say they do some say they dont because of the brackets???
i found bumper/valance on craigslist with the brackets for $80..is that a good price, what have you guys paid? i'm probably going to pick this up also does anyone know if 96-98 4runner turn signals will fit the 92-95? they look the same 96-98 92-95
make sure you get the frame mounting brackets off the 4runner, they will bolt it right up. the corners where the wheel well meets the fender is another story, if you go with 2wd fenders and the bracket the front corner of the fender mounts too, then the bumper will not bolt up on the ends... for a true fit you will need 4wd fenders and front fender hangers... I am in the middle of this conversion right now, grille and headlights too
exactly. but im sure you could modify or make a small bracket for the end. also, they dont line up perfect there since the 4wd fenders a 4runner has kick out a bit and the bumper matches that
4Runner bumper mounted on my 94 2wd. The bumper ends stick out about a 1/4"-1/2" on each side but not really noticeable.
yeah i was reading your thread where you put it on...doesnt look bad at all where your saying it sticks out...so does everyone think the bumper/valance and brackets are worth the $80 the guy is asking? never priced it before in a junk yard
I've seen a complete bumper with brackets (minus the signals) going for $60-70 bucks at the wrecking yards here in San Diego... Ecology to be exact
gotta say thats an interesting front end combo 2wd fenders and corner lights 89-91 4wd truck/4run grille and a 92-95 4runner bumper... nice.... still like that 91 4wd grille, ran it on mine before the 4runner headlight conversion speaking of which I have some 4wd corners for that grille if anyone needs em
