i have a base model truck with black bumpers and grille. I wouldnt mind this if my truck was a light color but it is dark blue. Looking into changing them out and replace them with chrome. Any suggestions on where is a good place to buy these items. I dont really care to much for the billet grille so i would like to stay stock just in chrome. I have seen these on ebay but wasnt sure about the quality. Has anybody bought these items off ebay if so are they cheap or made fairly decent.

If you wanted stock, you could try Rockauto.

 

There's a Toyota dismantler down the road from my house. They may have the factory OEM parts you need. PM me if this is the route you would like to take. And yes, Rockauto would be the other choice.

i have a stock front bumper off an 86 4runner

 

the stock bumpers and grille look nice when they are polished up. lol i love mine. maybe consider swapping to the 3 piece fronts, i love those on 2wds.
