Just wondering what people use for poly body mounts since it appears no one has any listed for a 2wd. I was wondering if 4wd ones work with little to no modification?

 

4x4 ones will work. i am running the energy suspension kit on my truck with no modification.

I was going to ask this question on here
I called energy and they could not verify if the pre 95 2wd trucks used the same bushings as the 4x4 trucks

So the energy ones were completely Identical?

 

I have been thinking about new body mounts for my 78. Doubting they make any, but I was going to compare them to later gens, but was also thinking about replacing the rubber with steel tubing or shims to get rid of any slop there is.

 

I didnt notice any differences.

 

How bout the ones for the rad support ?

 

they all worked on mine.
