has anyone tried or seen the 84-88 pickup with the 90-95 bed? i've been thining about it but i don't now how it will match up. i know the 84-88 had a body line but i was planning on shaving that anyways.

What he said. Stick with a 84-88 bed. I've seen a couple trucks here with the setup your thinking even a 89-95 with a 84-88 bed.

 

i've thought about shaving the 84-88 toy bodyline, but it seems like a ton of work.

 

i mainly wanted to do it because of the aftermaret tail light options. as for the body lines, i want a more streamline look

 

the 84-88 japan bed already looks streamline, you will regret swapping beds if you chose to, plus in america the 84-88 was the last year that had the rails on the side of the bed.

 

seen a 90 with a 86 bed..haha looked sick!

i have the american bed so i dont have any rails. i might see if i can swap just the tail light buckets
