So on my 79 long bed i am looking into bagging it... now i love all the fancy bar work and complex tube creations when working on the suspension setups... but i just want to do an extremely simple setup... i have got the rear pretty much figured out aside from how would be the easiest way to setup the 3/4 link would one of the universal weld-on setups be the best way to go? and as for the front .. how do you mount the bag? i am planning on running my stock 14's maybe 15's at most ... just gunna be a daily driver please help.. i want to start gathering parts so i can get it all knocked out fast... also is there a way to set it up temporarily so i can lift and lower it manually without having a tank or compressor in the truck? just as a temp setup till i can afford the expensive ish

you can run schrader valves to the bags if you really wanted to.. but you'd need to stop and re fill them every time you let the air outta the bag. or go really old school and fill your tank with a shop compressor, and use manual ball valves to lift or drop the truck lol.

something like this would get you all the brackets you'd need, plus a notch.

this would be a nice link kit to go with the bracket kit above. nice quality parts that will last

an air management setup will cost you around $500+ for a compressor, valves, gauges, fittings, tank, etc.. depending on where ya buy it from.

    Tyler,

I "did not" do the suspension job on my truck! The guy that did my truck I met on www.streetsource.com and he lives in Marysviile,Wa. If you go to the link I posted above, it will take you to my build post on SSM and the 1st post is written by him, just click his name above his picture to the right and it will take you to his profile and I believe his e-mail address is posted in his information section. Just send him an e-mail asking your information, thats excatly what I did and then we met in person and went fom there. He did an escellent job and was my fabricator, I hated to lose him but we had to move due to a job transfer.

    Good luck
    Pete
