Hey guys, I'm about to order the basic bridge kit from Thorbecke Brothers (suicidedoors.com) and I was wondering what size axle the toyota runs. I measured with a tape measure, but I wanted to double-check myself. It seems that our axle is 3"? I wish I had my brake rotor calipers at the house to measure that way... I'm sure that would be more accurate.

Anybody bagged have that measurement off the top of their head?

    TIA,
    -Nick

it should be 2 3/4" for the brackets. the 3" works good for any tabs that are going to be angled on the axle (like in a triangulated link setup) that way you don't have to cope out the tab to fit at an angle.

I always have u-bolts bent at 3" to ensure a easy install, so that 2-3/4" sounds right on the money.
