I am swapping out an automatic for a 5 speed std. transmission. I am using a donor truck so I have all of the necessary parts but have a question about the wiring harness. Do I need to swap out the entire harness or is there a way to use the auto harness??

You can use your auto harness there are a couple of extra wires on the auto, which is the inhibitor switch, which prevents the engine from starting when the auto is in gear, just join those two wires together. The reverse switch and speedo are the other wires and work the same. Some Hilux have a plug near the bell housing and you can unplug all the wires in with that one plug.
