Anyone who has done this, can you post pics please? The one part of my engine bay that needs help is the coil. The stock one is massive and just plain awkward. I'm sure some of you guys putting cams and such in your trucks have done this swap. I'm (obviously) wondering about the wiring that can be deleted when switching to an aftermarket piece.
