first body work i done was to shave the tailgate.
then i cleaned up both sides of the tub, took about 4 days in total to get the tub welded and straight. i just have to finish off the roll pan.

and just last week i bought 4x4 guards/fenders. they look heaps good on a lolux. i also bout the corner lamps/parkers and fit indicators/flashers into them as these guards didnt come with flasher cutouts near the door like the 2wd guards. id rather have no flashers in my guards. shave that sh!t off yo!, haha

    As she is now.
the black at the bottom rear of the tub is where i filled the hole from the gas filler, as i had moved the gas tank into tub.
i also filled the aerial hole in the LH guard.
just bought a remote locking kit for it, as i want to shave the door handles.
im going custom on how to open the doors, hoping to be able to move the mirrors that will be mounted in font of window glass and the door will pop open via a cable, like a bonnet release. ive played around on the passenger door, seems to work, just have to rig it to a mirror now.

heres some pics of the roll pan im building. I made it up at tafe/trade school. They have a panbrake, english wheels, guilotine, so this type of custom work is made easy. :D

I was in NewSouthWales (Yagoona area) for two weeks. I was there about a month and a week ago.

I kinda miss the different setting and the fact I can't realize I was thousands of miles away from home.

it seems like a pretty normal project to me.. Haha but thanks. Trust me there are trucks here that are really nice. Mine doesnt have bags. I want to, but it costs heaps to do here, need engineers cert, and i cant take it off the road for long.
Ah yeah, i dont live in that state. About a month ago the Lux was looking pretty stock.

    ah thanks heaps.
nnn, i just spent three hours on the remote locking kit. :/ and its still not done, as the passenger door hasnt even been rigged up yet, and the drivers door isnt locking properly. Ill finish it tomorrow. Its late, cold, n im tired, haha but i cant tear away from this Lux! :D
I bought a four door kit, but seeing as i only have two doors, im thinking of rigging two actuators to the hard cover locks.. Possible? Proba ly. Sounds crazy custom. Haha.
