92 22re pickup rough idle

    Hi guys new to the forums and jus wanted to say this forum is the s**t... But any ways my phone is acting wierd and I can't search its not letting me type in the search box... But anyways I have a rough idle not really bad jus feels like i got a big cam jus did a complete tuneup fuel filter,air filter,oil,coolent,inj cleaner, ext... Any help would be appreciated....

    If it was fine before tuneup, and then you had the problem I would double check your wires. And plugs can cause that too. Hopefully you used ngk's and nothing else.

    Truck was running rough before the tune up that's why I did the tuneup.yes I used ngk.....
    It's not a miss the timing is on for sure I checked it several times thanks for ur guys help really appreciate it ill jus keep trying if anyone else has an idea feel free to post thanks again....

    If ur certain ur timing is.on spot here's a situation a buddy came across with his 93 22re
    Had a rough idle and wouldnt pass smog
    Turns out his maf sensor was bad
    Try testing it

    Try pulling your plug wires one by one with the truck running. you should hear a change in idle with each plug. Be careful not to get shocked it's not fun.

    This is a simple valve and valve seal test.
