I've seen this many a time when a newer 4runner grille is added to a 84-88 pickup. Somy question is how did u get it to work/lineup and what all did u trim on the grille and do u use factory headlight trim

Yeah I like the 90-92+ bcuz u can put the nice looking billet insert in it

 

I could be mistaken but this looks like a hardbody grill. Is that a toyota grill? From what?

 

It is a harbody grille. Looks like....ummm.... yea not my taste.. lol

 

Yeah I agree keep it yota.... It doesn't line up for sh@t and when u want a custom grill it shouldn't look like it doesn't fit at all...

but yes you can put a 89-up grill on it takes some work and you can use a raid.. sup. to get it done.. good luck
