Just got a 79 reg cab reg bed 2wd, and found out my frame is bent, can I use a 79-83 frame? Or is there differences between them. And yes I’m looking for a frame I’m in IL

Should be the same across the years. Obviously short bed/long bed are difference

I thought I found a 83 but looks like the front bed mount is different than mine, and the rear shocks attach to the top of the frame instead of the crossbar

Does your 1979 have 2 headlights or 4?

1979 was a transition year for the pickup. Until June of 1979 Toyota used the 1978 model and rebadged it as 1979.
If you have 4 headlights, you will need a 75-78 donor frame.

That 83 frame may be from a Chinook or a stake bed truck. Since its raised up to be even with the rest of the mounts.

Do you have a picture if the bent portion of your frame? It may be easier/cheaper to take it to a shop and have them straighten the frame

Looks like new frame OP is looking at is a 1984-88 frame. Bed mounts in the photo are just like my 1988 and the shocks in my truck bolt to the frame, as well.
