Rebuilding my 20r carb right now - noticed that there was no spring under the primary venturi jet. anyone else notice this or do i need to pull a spring out of my butt to fix it?

2ndly - anyone have a spare 20r carb or the missing spring I can buy off of here? help! only car I have and I need to get it running soon.
