lots of junk yards in the SW with good rust free metal. I'd assume at least one of them has a hilux in a condition that is ok to cut out the rockers. otherwise, you might be doing it the old school way with a brake and sheet metal. probably not cheap though, i inquired about similar part cutout for one of my cars and the yard wants $300/ea plus shipping....but my vehicle is much much more rare than a hilux and kinda my only option aside from hand formed. good luck.
