I put a 5 speed in place of the 4 speed. The speedometer is short. Will a stock speedometer for the 5 speed work? If not is there other solutions. This is a 1975 Toyota pickup. The transmission is 1980. Thanks! Tony

You should be able to go to a tranny shop and pick up the correct speedo gear setup... I had to have mine redone after putting in a new trans.

Thanks for the help. Small town-75.00 to make a new one. There is a salvage yard near by. Does any one know what years the same speedometer cable was used. By the way I was told that gsp or something like that has MPH. Lot cheaper to find one in the wrecking yard.
