You must make minor changes to the core support. There are some holes that need to be drilled, and a notch on each headlight hole area. And you may need to customize or make a new bracket that holds up the bumper ends if you have removed your inner fender wells. I have installed 3 4Runner front ends, and my last one took 30 minutes. So, I believe this mod is pretty easy to do.:waytogo:

Any pics to show where these notches need to be made and holes need to be drilled?

Come on guys, I know the post may be a little old, but it's not like there aren't a lot of us that are trying to figure out how to do this WITHOUT swapping out the pickup's core support. If there is someone that is in the process of doing this mod, or took pics while they were doing it, can you please post them up?

I think there is a thread on here that the LoLux or someone posted about how to do it the easy way and how to do it the right way that is pretty thourough.

Thanks euro! At least I can see the size difference in the two core supports. I'm going to try and get this thing installed pretty soon and any and all help that I can get is more than greatly appreciated!
