    Not a bolt in...

The 4Runner's rear heater is housed in the center console. The center console is bolted to it. If you want to bolt it on to your truck, you can use the heater as the mounting bracket for easiness but it would be wasted space.

You'll need to make a main bracket underneath the armrest. I personally went this route and had room to hide my relays (for the alarm and bags).

Another idea is to use the space and mount an Odyssey battery in there and free up th engine bay.

    Hope that helps

I just ripped out the heater and mounted it in mine, that way I had all the mounting hardware. The junkyard didn't charge me for the heater, just the console.

Some of the ext cab trucks had a console, and they had no heater. So if you're lucky enough to find one that would fit no problem.

The truck center console is nice than the 4runner one, but anythign is better than nothing. I have Preluse Si seats in my xcab and the 4runner console. If you are pulling interior parts dont forget the upper grab handles and other random stuff that mounts in the pickup no problem.
