Haven't seen it mentioned here yet....there's this badass 77 Hilux I've been seeing on the Net recently that was built for the "Roadkill $3k Hooptie Challenge" by Vague Industries, called "Frankenstein" It's got a turbo'd and NOS'd small block Chevy v8 popping out through the hood, with a Crown Vic suspension and rear axle! A Rat-Rod for sure, but would definitely put an ear-to-ear smile on my face! Kinda what I've been fantasizing about doing with a donor SC400 + my 75 Hilux. Here's the most pics I've seen of it so far The gauges are one of the best features! (Mine would be doing 88mph, for time travel of course)
The other day he posted a video, its got a twin turbo LSx engine in it now. They had him on the Hoonigan youtube channel too
